Hello young parents, welcome to OEYC!
Parenting in not always easy, especially when beginning at a young age. The Ontario Early Years can help to provide guidance and support for you while you go through the journey of becoming a parent!

We offer a comforting, safe, and non-judgmental environment for you and your little one. There are many parents that attend our center that you can socialize with and talk about your child/children with, as well as a number of staff you can talk to, to provide you with support.

OEYC offers FREE educational activities to help you bond with your child while they engage in activities that promote healthy child development. As well as providing you with useful parenting information!

Activities Offered
At OEYC a variety of activities are offered to appeal to children who are newborns and up to six years old. There are special activities, and even field trips, but here is a list of a few activities that are consistently done at OEYC.

Welcome Home Baby
For you and your newborn(s)-4 months old this program helps you with the adjustment of adding a baby to your life, while interacting with your little ones through song and activities.

My Baby & Me
For you and your newborn(s)-12 months old, this provides a chance for you to sing old and new nursery rhymes and songs with your child.
​
Infant Massage
Infant massage is taught by certified infant massage instructors. It helps the infant with, improving sleeping patterns, improving muscle one, improving neurological development as well as creating a bond with parent. Infant massage also helps parents improve their confidence level when assessing their child's needs and increasing communication with their baby.

Tumble Tots
For toddlers and preschoolers, this program offers a variety of physical activities for your children.

Talking Toddlers
Activities for toddlers to grow and learn with one another, such as songs, games, and books.
​
Circle & Storytime
This program is done everyday to help build a daily routine for you and your child, where you can listen to literacy rich songs and stories.

French is Fun
For little ones 18 month - 6 years old, helps them to learn French through songs, stories, and games.

Mother Goose on the Loose
Helping your child to build their literacy awareness through rhymes.
