NutriSTEP questionnaires are designed for parents and caregivers to access a valid and reliable nutrition risk screening.It iis scored to assess whether or not toddlers (18-35 months) and preschoolers (3-5 years) are at “nutrition risk. NutriSTEP is used to find out what is going well and where there is room for improvement with your child’s eating and physical activity habits.

 

Nutri-eSTEP is an online questionnaire that can be accessed at www.nutritionscreen.ca. It is available in English and French.

Some of our community partners who work with young children (e.g., schools, primary health care offices) administer the paper version of NutriSTEP®.
