North Bay Indigenous Friendship Club

The North Bay Indigenous Friendship Centre provides a wide array of programs and services to support Aboriginal people of all ages. An important part of our mandate is to serve as a Gathering Place. The NBIFC invites all community members to visit the Centre and to participate in the many communal activities that are held throughout the year.

In order to achieve and maintain good health, all people require easy access to health services. The Medicine Healthy Way Clinic provides family-centred health care for Aboriginal people (including First Nation, Metis and Inuit people) living off-reserve within the North Bay area. Our aim is to provide culturally safe, holistic health care for children, adults and families to improve and promote good health.  The clinic accepts people who do not have a local Family Physician or Nurse Practitioner.
