Provides new and expecting mothers with support by offering home visits by public health nurses. During pregnancy, information and support is provided for a healthy pregnancy and birth. The offer breastfeeding, food and healthy nutrition advice to support new mothers. Screening and assessments are completed by the public health nurse for potential risks that could affect a child's healthy development
