The North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit provides a full range of dental services for children 0 to 18 years who are enrolled in the following programs: children in need of treatment (CINOT), healthy smiles Ontario (HSO), Ontario works (OW), non-insured health benefits (NIHB), Ontario disability support program (ODSP).

Dental care is also available for anyone over the age of 18 who are enrolled in the following programs: Ontario works (OW), non-insured health benefits (NIHB) for Indigenous people, Interim Federal Health Program for refugees, ODSP recipients, recipients of after-tax income based on household size, recipient with no private dental benefits.
Dental services include: teeth cleaning, check-ups, dental treatment and urgent or emergency oral health issues.
